Senior Technical Marketing Manager

 

Provides technical support to Power Mosfet product line and coordinates specific marketing plans and activities to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena. 

Participates with other senior managers to establish corporate strategic plans and objectives.  Makes decisions on technical matters and ensures effective achievement of operation’s objectives.  Coordinates issuing PCN’s and ECN’s to drive company objectives and get customer acceptance. Erroneous decisions will have a serious impact on the overall success of functional, division, or company operations.  Regularly interacts with executives and/or major customers.  Interactions normally involve controversial technical situations, customer negotiations or influencing and persuading other senior level managers. 

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

·  Provides technical support to customer issues

·  Coordinates inter-company efforts to solve technical issues.

·  Monitors competitive activity.

·  Drives lead-free and green strategy for PMOS line and coordinates with corporate initiatives

·  Actively participates in PCN and ECN process (documentation and approval). Also a member of PCN Board.

·  Work with engineering, manufacturing and sales to support new products or enhance existing product(s) or product line(s).

·  Presentations

·  Provide assistance with internal and external audits or investigations.

 

 

Candidates should have BSEE is required. Master's degree (MSEE degree or equivalent experience in related function

would be preferred) and 8+ years related and managerial experience.
