Senior Training Coordinator

The Sr. Training Coordinator for the Catapult Project will support the Training Deployment Manager and the Business Process Champion Lead in the preparation and execution of tasks associated with Catapult Training Deployment and the Business Process Champion program. Key Responsibilities Coordinate activities to ensure Catapult training logistics readiness. Activities include but not limited to: On-board site coordinators Support and/or lead communications with site coordinators Conduct training site surveys Periodic travel to each site to ensure logistical readiness Training Calendar Development. Activities include but not limited to: Coordinate employee data validation with site coordinators Partner with Organizational Effectiveness Managers to confirm end user role assignments Generate reports to determine the number of courses offered at each site Collaborate with LMS administrator to ensure sessions are loaded into the Training Database, LMS and Training share point sit Support Training Enrollment Process Understand the Catapult Learn Center Design and support data integration tasks in collaboration with the Learning Management System Administrator Coordinate training enrollment schedule Work one-on-one with supervisors to enroll direct reports into course sessions via the Learning Management System (Travel required Support Coordination of the Training Support Plan Coordinate when and where key Catapult Change Team members will be deployed during the Training Delivery period Determine roles, responsibilities and escalation process for Training Support Plan Benchmark best practices for ongoing SAP training support. Activities include but not limited to: Identify participating organizations Interview participants Compile and summarize findings Present and make recommendations Support Business Process Champion Program (BPC). Activities include but not limited to: Maintain Master List of BPC’s by site and courses owned Coordinate training needs, create calendar of training events for BPC’s Participate in Onboarding BPC’s Coordinate the certification and/or recertification efforts for BPC’s Maintain certification documentation Collaborate with OE Manager to conduct quarterly BPC gap analysis Support and/or lead communications targeted for BPCs Minimum of 2 years experience in a direct or supporting role to an HR or training organization using a learning or performance management application preferred Four-year degree preferred Excellent teamwork, verbal and written communication (including the ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms), as well as project and time management skills are essential Comfortable working in a rapid environment Customer service mindset Ability to work effectively with all levels of management, staff, customers, and vendors Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as business requires Available for travel as business requires, approximately 20% - 30% Microsoft Office experience, highly preferred Preferred Qualifications:Consumer Products Industry Experience Newell Rubbermaid and its Business Units are Equal Opportunity Employers and comply with applicable employment laws.
