Service Agreement Administrator Beachwood, OH 44122 Weatherproofing Technologies Inc., the service division of Tremco Incorporated, is seeking a hands-on individual to provide superior level of administrative support.  Must display a high degree of professionalism, organization and cooperation with customers, sales and internal personnel and strong willingness to learn business/services.   Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge: Handle incoming phone call professionally Learn and understand services provided Assist sales reps with questions pertaining to various services Enter data into system, update and maintain files Track job progress Prepare accurate and specific invoices to customers Aid in resolving credit issues Implement process improvement, streamline formats, and help in designing/suggesting procedures to reduce redundant paperwork and data entry Act as liaison with accounting, field resources, sales force and contractors Develop and maintain effective working relationship with team members, managers and personnel in internal departments whose functions directly and indirectly impact the service level to customers Aid in building strong relationships with sales force, vendors, contractors and customers through professional demeanor, and timely and accurate handling of daily administrative duties that impact these persons  Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Physical Requirements:· Associates degree and/or equivalent work experience· Office/Business support background with 3+ years experience in a high paced office environment· Able to multi-task and prioritize workload· Exceptional organization skills· Strong data entry skills· Proficient in spreadsheet, word processing and database necessary· Knowledge of SAP a plus· Ability to anticipate and identify problems and strong initiative in problem solving· Superior communication skills with the ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English· High degree of flexibility requiring excellent customer service skills and orientation Click here to apply online
