Service Manager

Rite-Hite Corporation is the nation's leading manufacturer and distributor of loading dock equipment and industrial doors.  To continue our growth, we have an opening for a Service Manager for our conveyor division based in Denver, CO.This position is responsible for building a nationwide service business for our Caljan division.  This includes development and execution of service strategy, working with sales and key customers to prioritize needs, grow our service technician team, and manage all aspects of our service business, including installation, planned maintenance contract fullfillment, warranty and repair services. Experience and Skills:
The successful candidate will possess a four-year degree and a minimum of 3 years related supervisory experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. In addition, this position requires strong leadership and coaching skills, and the ability to effectively communicate to employees, vendors, and customers at all levels. A good mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn our business and products quickly ia also important.  This position will require significant (up to 25%) overnight travel, include occassional international travel.
