The Service Marketing Specialist role is a unique role that affords the opportunity to learn about the organization, providing specific exposure and interaction with senior leadership within the service, sales and operations of the company. The position is designed to allow the right candidate to broaden their understanding of Otis, its market and its customers.

Responsibilities:

This position will be specifically responsible for leading the development and implementation of the strategic marketing initiatives in the service business focusing on improving the customer experience and ultimately improving overall customer satisfaction. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving the customer satisfaction survey process and trending the results, customer communication program and Otis' eService website.


Possess a minimum of a bachelor business degree

2 plus years experience in a Marketing, Sales Support or Service Support role
Strong ability to analyze and manipulate data
Ability to identify market trends through customer satisfaction survey process
Highly developed organizational skills
Ability to comfortably interact with customers
Must have a general understanding of the Project Management Life Cycle
Proven problem solving and decision making skills
Goal oriented and highly motivated
Solid computer skills required, especially in PowerPoint, Excel and Access
Proponent of process improvement methods
