Service & Operations Planning Administrator

 

Nilfisk-Advance, Inc., the world’s largest manufacturer of professional cleaning equipment, has a newly created position available for an energetic, results orientated individual, who thrives in a fast paced environment.  In this role, you will be responsible for proactively managing the needs of the sales force and customers with the capabilities of operations to ensure optimal performance for the customers. 

·  Will act as the escalation point for external sales including order expedites; new programs and/or special projects; shipping issues and customer training.

·  Coordinates all communication with Sales employees, such as, school season kickoff, lead times and backlog, along with product availability updates.

·  Maintain spike order management to include providing sales and operations communication; review and implement National Account safety stock levels along with reviewing their contractual agreement to ensure compliance.

·  New Product integration to communicate product release date to Sales and ensuring part setup and pricing is correct.

·  Dealer/Customer Liaison.

·  Coordinate with Planning and Operations on current production and shipment policies, finding efficiencies for order management/allocations and working with Operations to ensure on-time shipment.

·  Coordinate with Planning at three facilities in the United States on stock levels and processes.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

·  Four year college degree

·  3-5 years Customer Service, Planning and Project Management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment

·  Excellent interpersonal skills

·  Ability to work independently while achieving department and company objectives

·  Excellent planning and project management skills

·  Ability to develop excellent working relationships with all aspects of the company

·  MS Office, ERP experience preferred
