This could very well be the last place you will ever work so read the description below and submit your application/resume Position Title: HVAC Service Supervisor/Residential&nbs p; Description: Responsible for hiring, coaching, developing and supervising service and maintenance technicians. May also be responsible for staffing functions, purchases, service vehicles, tools, training policies and procedures, customer relations and the coordination of designated service personnel. Requirements: 8+ years of Residential HVAC Installation, repair and maintenance related experience Previous experience managing a large, customer focused repair and installation team Budgeting, P/L. Scheduling, Performance Management, Facilities and Fleet management Responsibilities: Monitor and direct the service agreement program from point of sale to completion of service checks. Monitor records for accuracy of all materials and equipment used on jobs. Check invoices, inventories and work performed by service employees to make sure it is being done correctly. Keep up-to-date records of all service personnel for payroll and accounting, scheduled calls, callbacks, non-productive labor and warranty work. Ensure the lines of communication are open between service personnel and the rest of the company by having regularly scheduled meetings on a weekly basis, and keep attendance records of those meetings for future evaluations. Evaluate all service employees on a regular basis. Coordinate and implement technical training programs according to the training model. Promote uniforms, truck neatness, appearance, timeliness, efficiency, and economy within department. Have recommended inventories for the service vehicles and monitor how well the service technicians comply. Adhere to all Titan processes. Set up emergency schedules for night and weekend emergencies. The Service Supervisor is a working supervisor with 40% of the time spent on administrative and supervisory functions and 60% of the time working as a lead service technician.
