About the Opportunity

Due to unprecedented growth, there is an opening for a Service Supervisor to assist in working with customers to satisfy their needs for service, parts, inspection, troubleshooting and repair. Perform a variety of duties including providing support to Mobile Service Technicians. These trained techs follow through on Altec's commitment to be there for the life of the equipment. The goal is to operate these territories at peak efficiency, providing solutions to customers.

The right person for this job will have a commitment to process improvement, provide leadership, and demonstrate the passion for sales and service.A Bachelor's degree is required. Minimum of three years of experience with at least one of those as a supervisor.
