Service Technician

Job Purpose:

Serves customers by providing installation, maintenance and repairs of industrial compressed air, municipal pumping equipment and low pressure air systems. 

Duties:

* Travels to job site and works on customer equipment; repairs, maintenance, installation

* Fills out Service Order paperwork on each job. 

* Responsible for service vehicle, inventory and maintenance.

* Minimizes service outage by completing preventive maintenance requirements; monitoring and analyzing alarms; clearing trouble reports.

* In-house repairs of air compressors, pumps and blowers.  Package compressed air systems which may include some fabrication.

* Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures.

* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

* Accomplishes operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:

Systems Engineering, Safety Management, Customer Service, Mechanical Aptitude, Hands-On, Self-Motivated, Independent Work Abilities, Excellent Driving Record, Must be able to list 100 pounds.  Experience working with compressed air, pumps, blowers, piping or refrigeration is desired.
