Job Summary This position is located in our Southeast Service Center in Bartow, Florida.Service Technician to support service activities in Southeast region. Responsbile for the repair and rebuilding of all Lightnin supplied equipment both in the factory and in the field. Field repair, installation, start-up, and customer training is required. Responsibilities Responsible for working with minimal supervision to troubleshoot, repair, rebuild and install Lightnin mixer products including all portables and heavies. Must have working knowledge of motors, reducers, mechanical seals, and shaft and impellar systems. Must be prepared to travel domestically on short notice to assist in field assessments, installations or repairs. Must interact with customers at a high level to resolve wide-ranging product issues. Required to up-sell both products and service while onsite. Must perform customer training as required. Must be able to schedule and prioritize workload. Responsible for failure tear-down, cleaning and repair. Must be able to perform repair evaluations and cost estimates. Qualifications 3 - 5 years experience in field repair/service of rotating equipment and/or equivalent factory assembly experience with a variety of product configurations. Demonstrated organization skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision is required. Excellent customer communication skills required. PC skills are required. High school diploma or equivalent educational background is required.
