The Service Technician promotes and maintains customer relationships by ensuring customer satisfaction and expanding the customer base by providing for parts/service recovery and new product sales.

Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain a positive relationship with customers and co-workers.
Assist customer by providing technical assistance on starts-ups, installations and repairs of air compressors and related systems, up to and including "hands on" work to satisfy customer expectations.
Support sales efforts by responding to customer and IR requirements throughout the US at any time.
Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with all levels of customers and co-workers.
Submit daily accurate and detailed reports.
Maintain company property including vehicle and tools/equipment.
Actively promote safety education and accident prevention in line with IR safety requirements.

Education Type:

Familiarity with air compressors and generators preferred.
Ability to trouble shoot and repair mechanical systems.
Candidate who are mechanically inclined.
Ability to work well under limited Supervision in a timely manner.
