Position Description:

SET WORLD CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVEAesculap is the largest worldwide supplier of surgical instruments and implants. We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Set World Customer Service Representative at out St. Louis, MO location. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for coordination, communication and execution of loaner set shipments and products between Aesculap and customers. Responsible for timely and accurate processing of data, pick/ship confirmation of pick ticket/packing slip, auditing product accuracy, returning loaner sets and directing product flow through various warehouses. Follows procedures to minimize mix-ups, damage and deterioration to materials during handling. Notify sales force on outbound, inbound sets, restocks, billings and inventory related issues. JOB LEVEL: Work on assignments that are semi-routine in nature where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required. Requires experience in shipping, receiving and inventory control.SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Team based work-oriented leadership skills. Must possess and demonstrate detail-oriented skills. Must have good understanding of the whole warehouse process. Must be available to work overtime or weekends. Requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma required; BS/BA preferred. Requires 2-4 years Customer Service experience. Requires procedural skills in reading, writing, basic arithmetic and advanced PC skills. Requires excellent oral, phone and written communication skills. Previous experience working with mainframe based warehouse management system preferred (SAP). Proficiency in MS Word and Excel software. Good communication skills are essential.
