The Shift Supervisor will insure attainment of goals set for on-time delivery and line-fill with high accuracy and encourage maximum efficiency and productivity of shipping and receiving personnel. Responsible for conferring with the Distribution Manager to establish working schedules. Must maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices. Responsible for scheduling overtime as required. Will arrange for appropriate shipping and quality records to be prepared and maintained. Bachelors or University degree 5-7 years of related experience Experience working in a big box distribution. Prior supervision experience Ability to lead cross-functional teams Ability to work independently toward general results, devise new methods, modify or adapt standard procedures to meet new conditions, and make decisions guided by precedent and based on company policies Must have Flexible schedulePreferred Qualifications:?
