Greatwide Distribution Logistics, a leader in the warehousing industry, has an immediate opening for a Shift Supervisor at our warehouse in Mesquite, TX. 

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of the warehouse and implementation of warehouse action plans.  The Supervisor provides direct daily supervision of production personnel to ensure the safe, clean and efficient operation of the warehouse.  Other duties include assisting in developing a program to train and motivate personnel for increased effectiveness.  On a daily basis, develop and implement warehouse action plans, work schedules and assignments to assure effective and efficient operation. 

 A qualified candidate will have:4-6 yrs experience in a warehouse environment 2+  yrs emphasis on leadership and supervision in warehouse operations Will be a producing supervisor, which means the Supervisor will be required to fill in when necessary and operate a forklift, pick orders and other duties as needed  Bilingual English/Spanish preferred  Proficient knowledge in a MS Windows environment.Able to manage a crew of 25+ workers to include discipline, payroll, coaching and counseling Ability to train and motivate individuals to work safely while maintaining production and quality goals Excellent verbal and time-management skillsGreatwide Distribution Logistics offers a competitive salary and full benefits package with 401K.Interested candidates can apply to this posting for further consideration.Visit www.greatwide.com for all career opportunities at Greatwide.
