Shipping & Receiving Associate

 

 

Rockaway, NJ-based manufacturing company currently has an outstanding opportunity for a Shipping & Receiving Associate.  This is a fast paced, highly visible position, with potential for future advancement.

 

 

Description:

 

1.  Loading and unloading of freight from delivery trucks.

2.  Separating incoming freight for easy check-in.

3.  Stocking shelves/racks.

4.  Order pulling and verification as necessary.

5.  Feeding floor necessary parts for production.

6.  Check-in and check-out of parts from parts cage.

7.  Reporting any receiving discrepancies to proper personnel.

8.  Assisting in any other duties as required by management. 

 

 

Qualifications:

 

1.  Must have outstanding attendance.

2.  Must be very detail oriented.

3.  Must be able to multi-task and manage several projects at once.

4.  Must have a “can do attitude”

5.  Must be willing to work OT as required, weekends included.

6.  Forklift experience is preferred but not required ( will train )

7.  Excel experience is preferred but not required.
