Software Sales Executive

Hydus, Inc is an integration solutions provider, specializing in delivering SOA based Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. We are a multi national corporation with corporate office based in Sugar Land (Houston), Texas.

We are looking for Energetic, team-oriented sales professional to join our business development team. Individual must have sound understanding of IT technologies in the areas of EAI, SOA, BPM and BI.

Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities
- Responsible for selling services with direct responsibility to generate revenues from new and existing customers
- Attend/support/organize trade show activities
- Achieve and exceed yearly sales quota
- Accurate Sales Forecasting
- Competitive positioning
- Execution of commitments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 8+ years of related sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient in using Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiar with technologies such as Tibco, SAPxi, Java
- Must demonstrate ability to develop, manage, and execute strategic account plans
- Proven experience selling into verticals such as Retail, Energy, Manufacturing or life sciences industry
- Demonstrated ability to manage sales leads
- Demonstrated skills in executive relationship development and management
- High level of skill in verbal and written communications, including professional and confident telephone skills
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
- Must be self motivated
- Ability to travel up to 75%
