Senior Account Executive

* Account Sales Goal - achieve or exceed goal of the account/s responsible for, in excess of $2M annually, in conjunction with overall WH sales goal for F08.
* Account Management: ("Learn, Penetrate and Sell")

1. Develop comprehensive Fact Based Business Plans to support each initiative including:
* Volume Projections
* Merchandising Plans
* Promotional Funding
* Execution Directives

2. Forecasting: Deliver accurate forecasts based on following objectives
* Monthly Total Volume
* New Product Launch
* Seasonal assortments

3. SKU management: Work with accounts to develop and implement profitable inventory levels within stores to improve:
* Gross Margin
* Turn
* Profitability
* Product Quality

4. Building customer relationships :Schedule effective and frequent communication with key account contacts that include:
* Weekly communication with buyer, replenishment manager and Area sales manager
* Quarterly meetings with Top 5-10 stores within region, including Shop in Shop locations
* Quarterly meetings with DMM, visual teams and Accounts DMs/RMMs
* Annual meetings with CEO/Presidents and Director of Stores

5. Communication with Area Sales Managers and ACs:
* Review account specific objectives and initiatives with Area Sales Manager through effective communication both written and verbal.
* Provide Retail Sales analysis and store information to both Area selling managers and Account Coordinators
* Provide timely feedback to Area Sales Managers and Account Coordinators on Store issues or stock needs.

6. Develop Directives for execution for Account Coordinators
* Review initiatives with Area Sales Manager
* Communicate monthly objectives to Account Coordinators including monthly sales, penetration and any other relevant selling information

* Management of Account Executive

Strengthen Team Performance and daily management of Account Executive to include:
* Administrative responsibility and supervision of Account Executive
* Review Account information and accountabilities of Account Executive account
* Review account specific objectives and initiatives, and well as sales goals, forecasting and execution strategies with Account Executive through effective communication both written and verbal.
* Provide Evaluations through MBO, Annual Review and weekly updates to Account Executive

Education & Experience
Minimum education required: BA, BS
Education preferred: BA, BS
Minimum Experience: 5+ in Senior Sales or Sales Management
