Sr. Administrative Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION:
 Administrative responsible for daily office functions for all department managers including travel arrangements, organizing filing system, keeping track of key data and files, and other administrative duties.
 Proactively work with the President to maximize time for customer and supplier interaction.
 Work closely with all to maintain office supplies and indirect items – tracking, ordering in SAP system, expediting and negotiating with suppliers to reduce costs.
 Enter Sales order and forecasts in SAP while coordinating it with sales, production and counterparts in German headquarters.
 All other assignments as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:
 Requires minimum a B.S. or BA or equivalent and 2-10 years of experience in a progressive company.
 SAP experience will be a plus.
 This position requires the person to be highly organized, self-motivated, and driven individual who can work independently.
 Must have strong leadership skills, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
 Must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations.
 Conversational German would a plus.
 Must be computer literate, as well as Microsoft Office related products like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
