Job Summary – This position will support the HRIS function in areas of systems and data management, data integrity, and reporting.  This role will be accountable for project assistance and will work closely with the HRIS group and end users to research and analyze employee data and ongoing internal user inquiries. Essential Functions – Consult with members of HR and business to evaluate their HRIS needs and provide solutions. Assist in ensuring process integration across the breadth of HR functional activities. Test and approve system configuration changes for area of responsibility. Support reporting and analytics activities by writing complex queries and leveraging on the available reporting tools. Acts as change management champion for systems and processes. Ensures proper training and documentation prior to system and process are rollout into production. Documents policies, FDA validation, SOX controls, user manuals, and other training materials in the appropriate documentation system. Facilitate training and change management activities related to the use of HR applications. Evaluate use of SAP HRIS system to meet changing business requirements and continually monitor information needs. Acts as a HRIS Subject Matter Expert / Power User to the HR. Manage multiple projects at once, while demonstrating a sense of urgency. Assist on creating and submitting business cases, RFPs and budgets for assigned HRIS projects. Follows project management processes and methodologies to ensure HRIS projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to quality standards, and meet client expectations. Responsible for project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet customer needs. Regularly creates and distributes project status documents to team, stake holders and upper management.  · Education Requirements – B.A. or B.S. in Human Resources and/or MIS; minimum of 5-7 years Human Resources/Finance related experience, project management, with broad exposure to HR and business processes. Prior knowledge of and practical application of HRIS systems required. · Skill Requirements Proficiency in SAP-HR; knowledge of core HR processes, strong HRIS technical knowledge; project management skills; process reengineering and change management; must possess excellent communication skills, both orally and written, to communicate issues and resolutions and provide the appropriate level of support; strong attention-to-detail; should have proven track record of maintaining confidentiality; multi-tasking; meeting strict deadlines, problem solving, communicating with all audiences on a global basis; and must be able to work well under pressure.  Technical experience must include the creation and manipulation of data from an HR System, MS Excel (i.e. pivot tables), MS Word, and other business software to prepare reports, summaries, and analyses. Licenses/Certifications – PMI certification desirable. Travel Requirements – Up to 20%, domestic and international travel. Language Requirement – Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.  Other languages desirable.Education: BachelorsJob Level: 3 - 5 yearsPercent Travel: 11-20%
