DST Output, a leader in the business communications industry, is seeking a Sr. Business Product Services Specialist to provide direction and leadership to high-priority and highly complex projects. They evaluate new products and identify business requirements to recommend appropriate product alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems. They provide advanced product knowledge and technical understanding to ensure efficient design, development, and implementation. Sr. Business Product Services Specialists function as the primary resource in all phases of the implementation process. They prepare communications and make presentations on product enhancements and/or alternatives. They may mentor and provide guidance to less experienced associates. Sr. Business Product Services Specialists resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways and work on the most complex issues. They exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results and determine methods and procedures on new assignments. In addition, Sr. Business Product Services Specialists' responsibilities may include training, setting performance expectations, initiating and communicating personnel actions, and overseeing day-to-day activities. EOE/AAQualificationsExperience with curriculum development is preferred. Post-secondary education and 4+ years of related experience is also preferred.
