Sr. Customer Service Rep - Bilingual

Primary responsibility is to partner with Sales Organization to establish customer relationships that ensures ongoing and repeat sales.  Responsible for maintaining working relationship with customers by pro-actively communicating order status of orders placed with company.

 



· To complete pre-sale activities of price verification, stock availability, and basic technical information in a prompt and courteous manner.

· Complete sales activities including entering and expediting orders in a prompt and courteous manner.

· Complete post-sales activities including delivery verification, warranty administration, and return of product in a prompt and courteous manner.

· Comply with all department service metrics including phone response, order accuracy, and backlog review.

· Support internal customers by coordinating international transportation shipments.

· Support internal customers by assisting with freight claims.

· Monitor production schedules and expedites delivery per customer requests.

· Serve as liaison with manufacturing, logistics, and customer

 

 REQUIREMENTS:

 

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or other related field of study preferredMinimum two years experience requiredProficiency in Excel and Word Previous Oracle experience a plus
