Sr. Developer - Oracle Applications (E-Business Suite) New Install!

Our client, a leading supplier/distributor to a niche industry, has recently completed an install and implementation of the Oracle Applications E-business Suite.  They have gone live with all the modules they selected and are actively seeking to bring an experienced Sr. developer to assist with the support of this highly modified implementation.  This job offers the convenience of working in the same location while also offering challenging and stimulating application projects.  Just because the software is installed doesn't mean the work is done!  The nature of the work is going to be support, new applications development and enhancement development.  This company offers a relaxed work/family balance work environment and would be ideal for someone that is tired of travel but wants to remain challenged.The company has a rich history of having a loyal customer base.  With the implementation of the Oracle Applications software they are excited about leveraging it to grow their business beyond the limitations that were present before the decision to install the Oracle solution.In this role, you will join a team of 8 to 10 developers.  With most of the developers having experience with the previous legacy system, you will be looked to as a go-to technical resource as an internal consultant for all things Oracle.Must have:- Bachelors Degree- 6 years or more software development background- 3 years or more of Oracle Applications technical development experience with Order management, Purchasing, Inventory, WIP, WMS, and BOM.  The more modules the better.- be able to function as a subject matter expert in Oracle Manufacturing, Distribution, or Financial applications- experience perfomring custom mods to Oracle Applications using Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, and preferable XML publisher- project management or team lead experience highly desired- must reside within a commutable distance from Williamsport, PA or be willing to relocate to the area.- must not require any form of sponsorshipClient company is willing to provide a competitive compensation for the right candidate.  Position includes an attractive benefits package, including medical/dental, 401K, vacation, etc...contact: Jim Shelton at jim@mrnc.com or 330-497-0122  (Phone calls are welcomed!)
