World headquarters is located in Irving, Texas. NCH manufactures and markets an extensive line of maintenance, repair and supply products to customers in over 55 countries worldwide.  NCH products include chemical specialties, fasteners, welding alloys and plumbing parts as well as maintenance and supply products.  These products are sold and serviced primarily through the Corporation’s own sales force. LSP Products Group (a division of NCH Corporation) is a manufacturer of a broad line of plumbing products for the new construction and repair/remodel markets. The Company’s products are marketed through the plumbing wholesale and OEM direct channels of distribution. The Company’s commitment to quality, service and contractor driven innovation help set it apart from its competitors.  LSP is headquartered in Carson City, Nevada, and has manufacturing facilities in Carson City and China, and distribution centers in Carson City, Southern California, Texas, and Georgia. Duties and Responsibilities for this position include: Control, process, & reconcile general ledger accounts Assist in development and production of the annual budget and monthly reforecast Create the monthly financial reporting package for the LSP, Leadership Team Implement processes and procedures to enhance reporting functions Provide variance analysis of actual results vs. budget and forecasts Monthly review and analysis of financial statements Complete all work to meet critical deadlines for month-end and time-lines Identify, document, and implement process improvement opportunities Support month-end close Willing to travel 10% (initial travel will be 50% for the first 3 months to Carson City, NV) Perform other duties assigned by Divisional Controller Requirements for this position include: Requires a BA/BS degree in Accounting/Finance 5-7 years of related experience, preferred in a manufacturing environment MPS/MRP skills preferred Successful candidates will have strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills Must be accurate and timely on follow-ups In return for your talent, we offer: Outstanding benefits including 401(K) with matching funds, major medical, dental, vision, life, long and short term disability.
