Position Summary:
Leads monthly and quarterly close/forecast processes; including preparation of financial packages and reviews with division controller and GM.
Conducts thorough business driver analysis on actual results vs. forecast and YAGO.
Leads forecasting process for Financial Outlooks during both LRP and spring planning sessions.
Coordinates and reviews standard costs and rate variances, ensures linkage to cost teams in retail divisions.
Evaluate and implement opportunities for process improvement in close and forecast cycles.
Provide financial analysis to support new product launches and strategic initiatives within Away From Home segment.
Provide financial leadership and expertise to functional peers and AFH leaders.


Required Qualifications:
4+ years of professional work experience in Finance & Accounting.
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, experience with forecasting models.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
Ability to prioritize and operate with a high level of autonomy.
Process oriented, with prior experience with close and forecast.
Sound knowledge of GAAP; thorough knowledge of financial reporting.


Desired Qualifications:
Prior cost and forecast experience in consumer goods.
CPA
SAP or other ERP Financial system experience
