Core Responsibilities:Serve as a member of the Integrated Supply Chain IT team and act as a liaison between the business, operating organization and IT for Integrated Supply Chain applications. Responsible for the collection, analysis and documentation of customer processes and requirements, locally or globally. Optimize customer work processes through participation in business planning, needs analysis and business risk assessment by leading process redesign and consulting with users on how to best support the business through the effective use of IT systems Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications following CPG project methodology. Use Six Sigma and IT methodology for business process reengineering, and modeling. Participate in project planning sessions with customers, business analyst, and team members to review business requirements, and assist in the assessment of the feasibility of the solution or system enhancements. Provide governance on modifications to existing systems and software modules in accordance to written specifications and standards. Maintain good working relationships with external vendors providing products or services utilized by the organization. Provides guidance and or performs development of test plans for system integration testing and user acceptance testing. Test and implement systems that have been modified, ensuring the solution meets the needs of the customer or business. Create system documentation for those systems developed or modified. Demonstrate knowledge of system development and integration methodologies. Team member and may manage work of small to medium projects adhering to project management methodology and standards Performs work on moderate to complex business process or across multiple business processes in multiple global sites. Engage with TS COE for adaptation of approved global TS standards Work with co-source partners for the effective delivery of assigned work. Participates as a subject matter expert in warehousing and distribution when needed. Actively participate in SAP/other implementations as assigned. Support Radio Frequency applications, RFID tagging and RF Inventory tracking — issues, application, process, trends, technology, Develops and conducts customer training and refresher training courses Monitor and support critical Business application interfaces Additional Responsibilities:Reviews quality acceptance test plans and monitors the testing process to ensure that the business results are adequately tested and remaining risks are acceptable. Have industry knowledge, understanding of current and emerging ISC applications including distribution and warehousing, transportation management. MRP, MS, Materials management May be assigned skill related projects or assignments as needed to achieve IT global goals.Bachelors degree in business or technical discipline Minimum of 5 years relevant technical or business work experience Solid SAP experience with any ISC modules PP (Production Planning), MM (Materials Management) and EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Proven Project management skills of a medium to large project with medium to high complexity Preference for experience supporting a Tier One Warehouse Management Software solution Must show consistent career advancement and promotion Additional Qualifications Masters degree in business preferred Six Sigma Green Belt and/or DFSS experience preferred Generally understand all Business processes RFID or RF experience Negotiation, facilitation and consensus building skills Self starter and independent worker, ability to work with minimum supervision Multilingual an asset Strong technical writing skills and oral communication skills Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers, co-source vendors, customer group and management Flexible to changing circumstances As an Equal Opportunity Employer, we are committed to a diverse workforce
