SR. MANAGER, ACCOUNTING

Responsibilities

Primary ownership of managing, calculating and accounting for stock-based compensation in accordance with SFAS 123R, including: Stock options Warrants Valuation modeling Financial footnote disclosure and reporting

 

Partnering with HR Compensation team to ensure complete and accurate understanding, administration and accounting of fixed and variable compensation, including: Short-term incentive programs Long-term incentive programs Financial footnote disclosure and reporting

 

Partnering with HR Benefits team to ensure complete and accurate understanding, administration and accounting of employee benefit plans, including: Health and welfare plans 401(k) plan Financial footnote disclosure and reporting

 

Partnering with Tax team to ensure complete and accurate understanding and review of income taxes in accordance with SFAS 109, including:

 

Current and deferred provision, assets and liabilities Effective rate review Financial footnote disclosure and reporting Provide accounting support for mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, including due diligence, acquisition accounting and coordinating annual SFAS 142 impairment testing Provide accounting support for various other technical areas (derivatives, interest-rate swaps, etc.) and special projects Coordinate and manage annual benefit plan audit and financial report preparation process with external audit firm

 

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting CPA or CMA certification

Six or more years of progressively responsible public accounting
