One of the world's largest independent manufacturers of complete engine-driven electrical generator systems, Generac is now seeking a Sr. Channel Manager in our Eagle, WI facility.
THE POSITION:
In this extremely high profile marketing position, you’ll manage a team of channel marketing managers who provide marketing leadership and support to sales managers. As the Sr. Marketing Channel Manager, you will prepare strategic and annual plans for the sales channels assigned, develop and execute marketing initiatives to support profitable sales growth and maximize penetration of standby generators. You will also develop annual marketing plans and sales forecasting for both new and existing products, conceive, develop, coordinate and implement advertising and promotion campaigns, POP display initiatives, event marketing activities and other marketing programs with our in-house “agency” as well as various outside agencies. In addition, you’ll plan, coordinate and staff trade show exhibits and create and deliver customer presentations as needed to support various sales initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related area preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive work experience in marketing management.
• Must have prior work experience in marketing building products or other similar consumer durable goods.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to meet and execute plans in a timely fashion in a fast-paced environment where business conditions and requirements could change rapidly.
• Broad experience in advertising campaigns, packaging and merchandising development, publicity programs and trade show management.
