Sr Mgr, Financial Analysis

JOB DESCRIPTIONATK Commercial Products, a division of ATK is a leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of ammunition and shooting accessories.This position will be located in our Anoka facility and will report tothe Controller.Principal responsibilities include: --Provide financial leadership in managing Accessories business ($70M business, three reporting units, three locations).Includes product profitability analysis, investment analysis, product rationalization, and margin improvement analysis. --Provide financial leadership in managing discressionary spending within Commercial Products business (Sales and Marketing expense, functional G&A expense). --Support and analyze strategic investments (M&A, make/buy analysis, strategic sourcing, capital, working capital) --Develop and implement financial metrics to better evaluate and predict financial performance. --Lead process improvement and standardization initiatives within Finance organization. --Provide Ad-hock financial analysis to Division Management.EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONRequired: --Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA/CPA preferred --5+ years of progressive Finance experience --3+ years of cost control or budget analysis --Demonstrated ability to independently analyze business results and recommend business solutions --Demonstrated ability to function as a business partner with multiple functions --Demonstrated ability to create and manage change --Results oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently --Demonstrated ability to function well as part of a team and provide direction to subordinates & peers --Systems proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Data Base mgmt ATK is on the move.
