SR. QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER

 

 

 

Job Purpose:

 

Assures consistent quality of production by developing and enforcing good automated manufacturing practice (GAMP) systems; validating processes; providing documentation; managing staff.



Duties:

 

Responsible for the corporate wide design and implementation of policies and procedures and to ensure that quality standards are met during the manufacturing process. Oversees incoming and in-process inspection departments.  Familiar with a variety of the field concepts, practices and procedures.  Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.  A certain degree of creativity and self-management is required.  Expected to lead, train and direct others.

Education/Experience:

 

Requires a bachelors degree in area of specialty and a minimum of six (6) years quality assurance experience.  Familiarity with IPC, Mil spec, and J-standards a plus.
