Sr. Sales Analyst

Sales Analyst Opportunity with Fiskars Brands – Garden Division

 

Fiskars Brands, a global manufacturer of branded consumer products, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, energetic, and team-oriented individual to fill the role of Sr. Sales Analyst in the Sales Department at our FISKARS Garden and Outdoor Living (GOL) division in Sauk City, WI.  The primary duties of this role will be to provide support to sales and marketing by analyzing and interpreting syndicated data, customer specific data and financial data in order to improve effectiveness of business decisions.  Analyzes customer specific data to enhance customer knowledge, decisions and overall category management capability.  Monitors analyzes and reports on performance through customer on-line portals with key accounts.



Essential duties and responsibilities include:

·  Data Analysis: In-depth analysis to uncover opportunities, highlight issues and provide recommended actions to drive business growth.

·  Reporting: Reports, charts, graphs showing data analysis results to be used to track trends and communicate with sales, marketing and management. 

·  Presentations/Line Reviews: Analysis of planogram performance and recommendations for opportunities and improvements.  Aids for sales in the development of fact-based customer presentations.

·  Customer Interaction: Close relationship with customers to partner with their business as an expert resource for analyzing performance of categories, making objective recommendations for improving sales performance and forecasting.

 

Ideal candidate will possess:

·  Bachelor’s degree in Business Management (or equivalent) with 5-10 years successful experience in a consumer products marketing and/or sales environment.

·  Ability to communicate effectively with internal team and customers.

·  Strong analytical and data technology skills.

·  Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office

·  Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment essential, with a high degree of flexibility and tolerance of change.
