Staff Accountant - Cost

Our client, a publicly traded manufacturing firm located in Baltimore, is in search of an experienced and analytical staff accountant.  Reporting to the Controller, this accountant's primary responsibilities include: - Preparing and presenting monthly financial statements- Insuring product ledger reporting is accurate- Creating break-even analysis to determine product line profitability- Coordinating annual operating and strategic plans- Reviewing daily billing reports- Participating with pricing and financial analysisThe ideal candidate will possess a Bachelors in Accounting/Finance and a minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in the manufacturing or construction industry.  The accountant will also have working knowledge of cost principles and be analytic with a strong computer sense.  If you are a motivated and driven individual who works well with limited supervision in a fast paced environment, please forward your resume DSharfstein@Accountantsinc.com for immediate consideration.  Accountants Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
