Job Summary –Provide support for full-cycle staffing activities for prospective experienced hires, undergraduate, intern, and MBA candidates.General Functions –§ Source candidates and insure a diverse pool of candidates for identified positions.§ Develop candidate “pipeline” by geographic locations.§ Provide pre-screened candidates to HR Managers for open positions.§ Act as subject matter expert for Zimmer’s “Careers” website and the applicant tracking system.§ Ensure accuracy of applicant tracking data for affirmative action plans.§ Input data and produce reports to track key metrics for Zimmer’s recruiting and hiring process.§ Support the development and implementation of college recruitment programs.§ Create and maintain job postings on external job board websites.§ Routinely data mine internal and external databases to continuously sources candidates for specific jobs.This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions and may not necessarily comprise all of the "essential functions" for purposes of the ADAExpected Areas of Competence (i.e. KSAs) –§ Excellent communication and influencing skills.§ Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, in a team-oriented environment. § Strong analytical skills, details orientation.§ Proven track record of effective process management and improvement. § Ability to tolerate ambiguity, handle multiple priorities, and identify creative solutions to complex problems.§ Demonstrated history of taking initiative, meeting commitments and creating new tools or solutions to achieve business results. § Strong customer-service orientation.§ High level of energy, personal accountability and integrity. § Ability to behaviorally assess all levels of candidates to meet the Zimmer Way Competency model.Education Requirements – Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field. Minimum 2-4 years experience in a professional human resources management position, with at least 2 years in a staffing capacity.Skill Requirements – Microsoft Office Suite, related HR softwareLicenses/Certifications – NoneTravel Requirements – 15%-25% travel (e.g., college recruiting)Education: BachelorsJob Level: 1 - 2 yearsPercent Travel: 1-10%
