The Stanley Leadership Program "SLP” is a fast-track program that is an integrated process for accelerating the development of our future leaders. SLP is a Marketing/Commercial/Sales function rotational program. The objective is to provide associates the opportunity to experience several different roles within the various departments with Stanley Consumer Tools Group. This challenging program consists of a minimum of three assignments. Each of these assignments allow participants to become familiar with how we do business. The program offers invaluable experiences for associates seeking challenging developmental opportunities to jump-start their careers. Some of the departments you may be rotating to are Commercial Analysis, Category Management, Product Management & Research

Education & Experience:
•BS in Marketing, Business, or related
•Relevant internships or experience – Consumer Products preferred
•Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office) are necessary.
