Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

· Receive and stock incoming material with the consideration ESD sensitivity

· Reconcile material receipts to supplier packing lists

· Verify received material against purchase orders for accuracy

· Process MRB transactions in Oracle

· Distribute special order materials throughout the company

· Pick, audit and issue material kits to manufacturing and engineering

· Conduct Physical Inventory and weekly cycle counting, responsible for inventory accuracy

· Manage the availability of shipping supplies

· Package and prepare product for both domestic and International shipping

· Process export documentation

 

Qualifications

· Minimum of two years experience in a stockroom with thousands of SKU’s.

· Experience with electronic components, handling static sensitive devices and standard ESD practices.

· Experience packaging and shipping both small and large packages for domestic and international customers.

· Strong knowledge of inventory control principles.

· Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment and strong attention to detail required

· Ability to interact effectively with various departments and all levels of staff are a must

· Oracle/SAP transactional experience
