Strategic Account Manager

Oberthur Card Systems, the Premier Solution Provider to the Secure Card Issuance Industry, has an exciting opening for a Strategic Account Manager in its Exton, PA location.

 

This position will provide superior customer service for manufacturing card orders and be responsible for coordinating all chip card (SmartCard) requirements and deliverables for government customers. The Strategic Account Manager will work very closely with the Government Sales Project Managers Office and other Strategic Managers to communicate project status, change requests, risk and contingency plans being essential for success.

 

Ideal candidates will have a college degree with a minimum of 3 years customer service experience.  Chip card industry knowledge required with government industry credential experience preferred.  Project management skills are required. Ability to travel up to 50% of time depending on clients needs.
