Strategic Human Resources Manager. Bilingual Spanish/English

Use your strategic Human Resources experience at this privately-held manufacturing company.  In this newly created position, your proven ability to influence executive and senior management on Human Resources strategy and function is important.

Be involved in benefits plan reviews and updates, the creation of performance management programs and compensation structures, the development and mmanagement of recruitment and retention initiatives.  Experience in leadership and management, training skills and applied knowledge of policy and procedures is important.   

Expertise in employee relations, OSHA regulations, labor law, FMLA essential.  The position requires a BA/BS.  SPHR preferred.  Bilingual English/Spanish required. 

This is a 24/7 operation with nearly 300 employees.  An addition of 200 employees is anticipated.
