Subcontract Manager

Candidate with proven ability to effectively lead a highly organized, well-planned and managed effort requiring experience and knowledge of subcontracting process and procedures, major subcontract management techniques, negotiations and subcontractor issue resolution skills. Responsibilities include supplier quality, cost and schedules of products purchased to support assigned programs. Establish Teaming/subcontract relationships as necessary and manage the supplier network to ensure program performance goals are achieved. Candidate will also be responsible for the preparation of Small Business Subcontracting Plans (as required) and Bi-Yearly Small Business Plan Reporting, SF294/SF295.Experience is required in both Government R&D and Production-oriented Programs.
