Supervise production operations to achieve 100% attainment of the fixed short term schedule, while observing all quality control standards and maximizing efficient, effective application of manufacturing resources in a safe manner.1. Manage the production workforce to maximize the efficient conduct of manufacturing operations.2. Observe Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)3. Implement L'Oreal quality assurance procedures4. Maintain appropriate records and complete necessary reports in a timely manner.5. Train and assist all personnel in skills and procedures that assist in maximizing the efficient conduct of operations.6. Manage and implement all L'Oreal policies and practices including, but not limited to the Corporate s EEO policy. Five (5) to eight (8) years experience in manufacturing operations.Bachelor's degree in major technical discipline preferred.
