Position Summary:
Oversees a section of the production crew as the team leader. Responsible for maintaining duties as a laborer; duties including but are not limited to: moves concrete forms and finish products through the plant with forklifts and cranes, strips and cleans concrete forms, reassembles forms and puts together special forms, and ensures that good housekeeping and safety regulations are maintained in their section of the shop floor.


Qualifications (Education/Experience) and Required Skills:
• Minimum 3 year of experience as a plant laborer or equivalent
• Capable of passing required physical examination
• Able to speak, read, and comprehend basic English
• Knowledge of how to read and interpret shop/engineering drawings
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Needs to have strong leadership abilities
• Knowledge of basic tools and their uses
• Understand and apply basic mathematical skills (adding, subtracting, division, & multiplication)
• Knowledge of basic measurements and how to read a tape measure
• Experience managing a crew of at least 5 people
• Must have working knowledge of concrete construction
• Good attendance and positive attitude a must
