Coordinate and support daily and long term Lab activities associated with testing SRT and SPP products

Schedule and supervise resources to meet engineering project schedules.
Work closely with engineering customers to understand resource requirements and priorities.

Technical support of technicians & testing processes - including test setup requirements, data system configuration and oversight of quality data collection to meet customer expectations.

Full ownership of Lab Safety, ACE and implementation of continuous process improvement activities.


BA/BS w/ 2-5 yrs supervision experience

AA/AS degree, Technical/Business School Certificate or Diploma, Skilled Trades Apprenticeship, or other post high school training (two years duration) with 5-10 yrs HVAC testing and direct supervision experience.

10 -15 yrs of HVAC experience and direct supervision in the HVAC testing.


Strong testing and HVAC background:
Knowledge of HVAC industry standards

Knowledge of testing requirements, equipment and processes

Data collection and Instrumentation knowledge

Rooftops operation & controls.

Strong customer service skills and ability to manage multiple high priority tasks.

Previous supervision or experience in a leadership role.
