Supervisor Technical Service / Call Center

The call center supervisor coordinates the activities for the techical support center employees.The call center provides national technical support to all of our customer base ranging from independent field techs, homeowners, distributors and contractors. The supervisor is responsible for scheduling all tech service reps to ensure that adequate phone coverage is provided; also fields, addresses and resolves all issues/concerns from call center group leader.  Working closely with the National Service Manager and Call Center Group Leader, he/she will provide data analysis and reporting of call center volume, trends, assist in setting goals/objectives.  Must be computer literate and able to design/ generate reports, spreadsheets, graphs, etc.  Will have proven leadership skills and a demonstrated plan for team building and staff development.Knowledge or background in plumbing, HVAC, hydraulics, valves, is highly preferred. Prior supervisory experience and ability to work with a diverse workforce is required.  Associates + .
