Job Overview:



ATMI is looking for an energetic, driven Supply Analyst to assist with the management and development of suppliers and contract manufacturing partners. This position reports to the Manager of Supply Chain and will be based in Round Rock, Texas. The ideal candidate will continuously improve the performance of the ATMI Supply Management organization and its supply base through effective management skills and relationship building, both internally and externally. As a Supply Analyst, you will have an outstanding opportunity to start at the ground level and, within a couple years, work your way up to a Supply Chain Manager, overseeing a strategic spend category. Primary Responsibilities:



· Manage the overall quarterly business review (QBR) process with key suppliers;

· Coordinate the supplier qualification process of existing and new suppliers to ensure supplier compliance with requirements (assessments, surveys, contracts, etc.);

· Ensure supply base compliance to ATMI's change control policy;

· Ensure Supply Management readiness for phase gate reviews and report on key activities;

· Act as a liaison between the Purchasing and Supply Management groups, reporting on key issues and opportunities;

· Research and benchmark ATMI?s processes and procedures against ?best-in-class? practices; recommend continuous improvement opportunities as applicable;

· Research commodity pricing (stainless steel, etc.) and report trends to Supply Chain Managers;

· Manage assigned department projects, including ATMI?s annual Supplier Forum;

· Coordinate supplier awards program;

· Develop, maintain, and/or report key Supply Management metrics;

· Assist Supply Chain Managers in developing, soliciting, analyzing, negotiating, and executing proposals/contracts for applicable spend categories as experience allows;

· Assist Supply Chain Managers in managing suppliers as experience allows



Education/Experience:



· Bachelors Degree or equivalent from a four-year college;
