Supply Chain Leader with Excellent Materials Management Experience

SUPPLY CHAIN LEADER is sought for our client, a large publicly traded company that appears on nearly every business magazine's list of 'best of' companies.  The growth potential for the company is unusually strong because of the diversity of their customer base and broad geographic scope.  Most of the company's growth to date has been in North America and the company is poised to take on the growth that is occurring in Asia Pacific, India, the Middle-East, Latin America and elsewhere around the world along with continuing to expand their North American markets. 

One publicly stated initiative for this organization is to broaden the diversity of their management team and their company overall.  All candidates with excellent qualifications are encouraged to apply.  Another initiative is to develop a world class materials management and supply chain organization.  This is a newly created position and shaping the structure, objectives, and best practices of the supply chain organization will be an important part of the role. 

Our clients' organization has numerous plants around the world making a challenging range of products that vary in complexity.  This requires a global supply chain leader to understand what it means to work in a manufacturing environment with both high-volume, low mix products to high-mix, low volume products.  The range of SKU's is incredible with a variety of materials flowing into the organization.
