Position Summary:
Leader of process, tool, and people capabilities across the following Supply Chain Planning processes: inventory management, capacity planning, production planning, and scheduling.


Key Responsibilities:
Lead the vision and strategy development for inventory management, capacity planning, production planning, and scheduling processes at Clorox
Design and implement process, tool, and capability improvements
Monitor compliance to the processes and tool improvements
Be the focal point for the category planning personnel in the on-going maintenance of Capacity Planning and Inventory Management systems
Support category supply chain operational challenges
Lead recruiting for operations planners and schedulers


People Management & Span of Control:
This position will have 5-6 direct reports (process analysts) and three indirect reports (Division Operations Planning Managers)


Other Scope Factors:
Role is primarily focused on US but will evolve to Global scope over the next few years


Minimum Years and Type of Experience Required:
Minimum of 12 years of work experience in the CPG industry in both supply planning operational and process improvement roles


Required Skills and Abilities:
Deep theoretical and practical knowledge in supply planning processes
Leadership presence and influencing
Advanced Planning System expertise
Project Management
People Management
Analytical Skills
Interpersonal relations and communication skills


Minimum Education Level/ Degree:
BS in Industrial Engineering or other engineering field
MBA preferred, but not required
APICS certification strongly recommended, but not required
