System Technician

We are currently seeking a candidate for the following location:

Position: System Technician

Your challenge Windows 2000, XP and 2003 systems supportPerform server backups and restores Monitor server logs and status on daily basis Manage user accounts, network printers, resolve access and security issues  Support Citrix farm and troubleshoot access issues Maintain spam filter, antivirus, and Windows updatesMaintain documentation associated with network and system administration processes Provide high quality PC support to office based and mobile usersPerform setup and deployment of new hardware and softwarePrepare status reports and briefings for management

Your qualificationsMinimum 3 years in a LAN/WAN environmentWindows 2000/XP/2003 server and desktop experienceStrong organizational skillsExcellent oral and written communicationRelevant professional certifications (MCSE, Network+, CCA, CCEA) desired not requiredDomain and Active Directory knowledgeSMS, MOM, AltirisAntivirus & ProxyTerminal Server/Citrix
