TEAM LEAD - FACILITIES

We're HIRING for a TEAM LEAD to support our FACILITIES Team!   Genie Industries, is a $2 billion (revenue) division of Terex Corporation, a Fortune 500 company and the 3rd largest heavy construction equipment manufacturer. It's our desire to maintain much of the small company culture while implementing some of the larger company disciplines that are required in today's global business environment.   RESPONSIBILITIES: We're looking for a Team Lead to support our Facilities group. As a Team Lead you'll train small groups and monitor materials delivery processes. You'll also provide a safe work environment for team members, and ensure standard work is performed. In this role you'll also identify and resolve quality issues, address any materials and participate in process improvement initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS: • 4 years of experience in a service management environment • 1 year of supervisory experience • Must have strong custodian maintenance and services background • Knowledge and understanding of house keeping and sanitation of restrooms, walls, toilets, urinals, sinks and doors • Related technical ability and good understanding of power scrubbers, buffers, and steam cleaners • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and building layouts • Demonstrated leadership ability and problem solving skills including experience coaching and training others • Commitment to LEAN principles and demonstrated ability to implement change effectively • Ability to drive a fork lift and experience with materials distribution is a plus If interested, please apply online at http://track.jobviper.com/ViewJob.asp?id=504776-3-793
