TECHNICAL SALES REP

Major Duties and Responsibilities

 Develop regional sales plans.Schedule visits and travel to the account and/or account manufacturing facilities followed by reports detailing the highlights of the meeting. Present account opportunities to the Market Development Manager.Provide monthly updates of customer forecasts.Coordinate resources in resolving account issues.Lead continuity of sales, applications, and service activities with the customer.Provide accounts with approved pricing for products and product features.Resolve account concerns, maintain a follow-up procedure, and then communicate findings to the account.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive account and/or company related information. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

·  B.S. /B.A. from a four year college or university and a minimum of two yearsexperience in customer service, sales, or applications; or two years experience and or training in fluid power, or equivalent combination of education & experience.

·  Must be proficient with Microsoft Office

· Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills

· Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
