Talent Acquisiton Manager

Global manufacturing company located in Middlesex NJ has an immediate need for a Talent Acquisition Manager.

Reporting into the Vice President, Human Resources, the candidate will have responsibility for the development, administration and execution of sourcing, screening and selection of candidates.

Specific responsibilities include:  establishing, coordinating and managing a full life cycle staffing process which will include requisition approval, job description formulation, salary determination, sourcing strategy, interview process, assessment tool administration, job offer, reference check, background check, physical and drug test and new hire orientation; proactively recruit all levels of candidates utilizing a variety of cost effective and innovative sourcing techniques; research, select and coordinate appropriate recruiting resources such as college recruiting, job fairs, niche websites and recruiters; administer all employment assessments and tests, as well as upgrade when necessary; manage and promote Employee Referral Program; research, implement and maintain an ATS; manage the hiring of temporary employees; develop Interview Training for Hiring Managers; develop and maintain metrics to determine the effectiveness of the staffing efforts; keep current on Best practices in the Staffing and Recruiting area; ensure continual compliance with all federal, state and local Employment Laws; establish and distribute weekly staffing reports; create and manage relocation and employee sponsorship programs and issues.

Specific requirements include a BS degree in Business or Liberal Arts along with a minimum 5 years of staffing experience, preferably in a global manufacturing environment; high volumne recruiting experience with multiple disciplines, levels and geographical regions; ability to exert influence across all levels of the organization; excellent sourcing, as well as selection skills; experience with various assessment tools; experience with interviewing skills training; experience selecting and implementing ATS systems; ability to partner and build rapport with internal clients and external candidates; ability to manage and select various staffing related vendors; excellent customer service skills; strong verbal and written communication skills; strong project management skills; strong negotiating and influence skills and the ability to organize, plan and prioritize.
