Talented Plant, Operations, or General Manager
CLIENT COMPANY: This world class client is a very well respected leader in the medical device and surgical instrument market. They've been around for over 40 years and have solid market share in the medical device industry. Their products are considered "Mercedes" grade. As the company continues to grow, opportunities are limitless for motivated individuals. The President has put together a great team and is looking to upgrade with a solid individual who can be both a change agent and team builder.
POSITION: The position is for a General Manager or Senior Operations Manager in both New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts. You might currently be a plant manager or an operations manager for a smaller company. The positions will be responsible for several areas in the manufacturing plant with about 10 direct reports and over 250 indirect reports. Areas of responsibility are production, HR, finance, assembly, engineering, quality, and shipping.
REQUIREMENTS: Must have 5+ years in manufacturing or plant management in a medical device environment. Plastics, cleanroom and assembly background would be a plus. You must have 4 year degree. You must have excellent leadership, teambuilding skills, along with a positive mental attitude.
