Tax Accountant

 

Formosa Plastics Corporation, U.S.A., a major resin producer, has a career opportunity available for a Tax Accountant in Livingston, N.J.  Responsibilities include:  

 

• Federal & State income tax return preparation

 

• Fixed assets depreciation

 

• Tax provision preparation for the financial statement

 

• Federal and State tax audit assistance 

 

• Tax accounts G/L reconciliation

 

• Tax research and tax project work 

 

Must have a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Taxation.  Masters degree preferred.  CPA and/or public accounting experience a plus.  Minimum of 2 years tax compliance experience required. 

 

Experience with Corptax or similar compliance software is necessary. Must also demonstrate proficiency with the Microsoft office suite of products including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outloook.
